Real Intelligence Atlas
Structured public-source profiles separate product identity, claims, evidence, limitations, and RIR analysis.
About Real Intelligence Review
Real Intelligence Review makes AI-enabled health products and their supporting evidence easier to examine, compare, and assess responsibly.
Established in 2026
Why it exists
Medical AI is advancing faster than the shared systems needed to evaluate it. People, clinicians, and institutions are increasingly asked to trust products whose claims, evidence, limitations, and real-world performance can be difficult to compare.
Useful assessment begins with the clinical question: what decision might a product influence, for whom, under what conditions, and with what foreseeable consequence if it is wrong?
RIR exists to make those questions, the relevant evidence, and the remaining uncertainty visible.
The work
Structured public-source profiles separate product identity, claims, evidence, limitations, and RIR analysis.
A risk-sensitive framework explains the dimensions, evidence requirements, methods, and publication rules for assessment.
When assessments are completed, findings will state exactly what was reviewed, what the evidence supports, and what remains uncertain.
Public-interest commitments
Material conclusions should be traceable to evidence and method.
The scope and limits of every finding should be stated plainly.
Commercial relationships and relevant conflicts should be disclosed.
Unknowns and contradictory evidence should remain visible.
